I am so happy, I finally received my Congratulations letter from Vermont:)

send out my file 7- 1- 2009

biometrics done 8- 1-2009 at Jackson Heights Ny

approved 11-17-2009

It took only 4 and a half month but felt like years with all the worries and frustrations:))

well I was scared to be delayed more after all seeing how slow VSC processing compared to CSC... My sister in low who lives at same neighboorhood with me applied in march ,got RFE and after 8 months past still no desicion for her,I was worried to be in same situation, thank to God I was wrong:))

It is like a magic guys, What is unbelieveble to me is, the day approval letter arrived which was friday ,first time in this last 4 and a half month I was so pozitive from morning to night all day, I woke up with pozitive attitude, on the way to work while on subway I told myself first time why worrying too much:)) This card was already mine anyway everything would be allright and pictured myself that as if I already got it, then that day I worked almost 12 hours on my feet, after work on the way to home in subway I closed my eyes again and pictured myself celebrating my card:)) when I got in to our buliding it was 1am ,I opened to mail box and Here I go there was a letter from US Homeland security citizenship and immigration services:)) It felt like a real magic:)

I thank Visa journey and all it's members for being great and supportive all the way..

I wish good luck to everybody who r still waiting, pls be positive and believe that you will all get your approvals soon..

Thank you all, luv you all (L)(F)(L)

Congrats! I don't see much of a timeline.

Were you filing Jointly or on a waiver?

Sh18 I was so worried for 2 reason,

1- my marriage going horrible for last one year

2- We have to move out as soon as we can because last 3 months we couldn't pay our 2000$ a month rent... Financial situations was bad this year but I couldn't risk to move out and change address while I-751 in process,so every day counts for us,the more we stay in current adress the more we r going in depts:)) hopefully if card arrives soon we ll move out..

Why were you so worried, it is just I-751? Overwhelming majority get it without RFEs or interviews in 4-5 months. Congrats dude!

Now that you have your card, move to Georgia. $700 a month will get you a 2 bedroom apartment with swimming pool, tennis courts, free parking, washer dryer, ... you know where I'm going with this. Congrats once again dude. I'm happy for you.
