I arrived in the US last Friday. Had a smooth flight to LA. My fiance and I did a tour of the city for 2 1/2 days and then we were off to Texas. We're now staying here at his parents' house and then later we'll go to our new apartment.

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all of you for making my journey to the US a very good one! :star:

God bless all of you! :)

You can file for you SSN the day you arrive, No need to wait a certain time.

State ID - Not gonna happen in Texas until you recieve your EAD or GC, No Driver Licences either until you get either EAD or GC.
