DHL For Visa Delivery From Moscow Embassy?

My fiance plans to travel from St. Petersburg to Moscow for her medical exam a few weeks before her interview. During this trip, she also wanted to go to the DHL office that the Moscow embassy lists on their website to pay for her visa delivery and to get the "DHL airway bill" required at the interview. When she called the DHL listed on the Moscow embassy website (8 Marta Street), they told her that she could not come there and pay. Did others who had their interview in Moscow use this Marta Street office? She can go to a DHL office in St. Petersburg, but the Embassy instructions say to give DHL your case number and I don't think that DHL offices outside of Moscow would know what to do with such information. Any thoughts on this?
