Embassy gave conflicting checklists- what should I do?

The embassy in Dhaka sent us our Packet 3 including a checklist for K-1 visa (non-immigrant). For some reason, our Packet 4 was not delivered (lost in mail????) so I emailed that embassy and found out that our appointment is actually 12/2! They instructed my fiance to pick up the Packet 4 from the embassy, which he did the following day. They gave him a checklist for an immigrant visa (required I-864, etc). I'm really not sure which checklist I need to follow. I already emailed the Embassy but am waiting to hear back. I'm leaving on Thursday morning for Bangladesh to attend the interview with my fiance so I would like to know what I need before I get there.

Any advice?

11/22/2010: AOS filed (I-485, I-765, I-313)

Thank you for replying. That's what I planned to do also, but I just got an email with the correct checklist (K-1 NON IMMIGRANT) from the embassy in Dhaka. I'm so relieved. :)
