Hello everyone

can you all post your time on how long it took you to get your visa after you got it? i don't see a poll or thread started like that maybe it would give ME and others on how long of a wait everyone had.

I know i am just waiting and waiting night and day for her to get lol it but would like some time frame incase it goes wayyyy to long. We didn't get a trackign number so we can't even try and do that cause she didn't pay in advace for it. They said it be COD.

I read most take between 3day-3 weeks She lives in middle of nowhere on main island i know it takes atleast a week. it takes 9 hours on buss lol

thanks guys

robert

I got mine a week after. Why she didn't pay in advance? Did she have a pink slip after the interview?

She didn't have a paper missing a document it was the NBI from Taiwain. She turned it in they took her passport guess she talked to somebody on monday and now going home tommarow wed night

You can e-mail the IV Department at USEM Manila using this address: IVManilaReplies@state.gov

They can tell you when her Visa is printed. We got a response the following Business Day but YMMV...

Ahh ok. My friend had her visa a week after she submitted her missing doc. Don't worry, she'll have hers soon, give it a week or two.

First we were waiting months, they were long...

Once at the NVC: we were waiting weeks, they seemed like months...

Then Case Complete and we counted the days which seemed like weeks...

She passed the interview and got Pink Slip! We are waiting hours now and they seem like days...

She is boarding the plane in mere minutes so I have already started counting down the seconds but alas they pass as slow as the minutes did...

i think that is the hardest part. Being the holidays and we aren't with our loved ones. It is very empty with out them. Just imagine tossing and turning over and there is your loved one is going to be sooo sweet soon.

i had my interview Nov. 4, 2009 then AIr21 texted my Nov. 5 that they got my visa for delivery soon, but it was delivered in my good hands Nov. 9 coz the Fed-ex office is too far from my house so it takes a couple ofday before i got it, It really depends upon the situation. You should be having your visa soon, just pray it will be over and worth waiting. Good luck

It takes 8 months for us to see each other back again since we started our visa process, and now here we are reunited back again and happy together.

Every couple who had this journey felt the same way as you do ( like we did). I'm just glad we're over it now and be able to help others who just started theirs.

I can say the same with my husband. Strong heart and strong love to each other are the two must-have when applying for visa.
