transferring approved 130 at NVC to consular

My wife and I are both living and working together in her home

country. She has already received her K3 visa and visited the US once.

We have not taken any additional steps

since mailing the affidavit of support fee payment ( $70) and agent of choice form

(DS-3032 )to the NVC over seven months ago.

USCIS has sent her package to NVC and are awaiting our next steps.

Due to our living arrangement, we wish to request to have her

approved I-130 petition, application and affidavit of support processed directly at the

local embassy.

Please advise on the steps needed to move forward so that we can

complete the visa process.

**** filed K3/CR1 concurrently. My wife and I both work/live overseas. The following timeline continues from the approval of the K3 VISA.
