Lol...you all make me laugh.

Here is the latest update>>

He was at the consulate yesterday from 2pm-5pm. (His appt was at 3pm)

I called him at 4:45 thinking he was on his way home...wrong... :crying: ...there were 4 men still waiting including him.

I said OMG darling, why is it taking so long??? He had no idea but was assured he would get his visa according to what the consulate told him and the others.

Well... at 5:15 he calls me...no visa, consulate closed, come back Monday. I kinda knew that was gonna happen when I spoke with him earlier. But he was told he would get it. Liars!

So my poor sick husband is staying in casa until Monday.

He has a stomach virus or something causing him severe stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea. It is a long trip back to his city. He would just be getting back home and leaving again Sunday night. I told him if he wanted to go back home to please do so. He had brought no clothing or personl supplies with him. He can buy some or stay with family to wash his clothes if he is up to it. I know it is hot there.

I asked him what time he was to be back at the consulate...at 3 pm again!! Two hours before closing. Darn, the trains are loaded in the afternoon! Oh well, we are learning more patience, right?

His ticket is paid for, we just need to get a darn visa!!! Maybe he will be here next week??? I am so hoping, but then again I picked up so much overtime I might not get to see him much. Thats ok, he can camp in the parking structure and I'll visit him there on my breaks!!! JK.

I am not complaining to much I hope :D .

this has been a very long long experience for us to say the least. At least we now see light at the end of it.

Thanks to everyone!!!
