NVC Time Frame

I just received a letter from the USCIS stating that our petition has been approved and is now being sent to the NVC. What kind of time frame am I looking at now for the rest of the process?

I just received a letter from the USCIS stating that our petition has been approved and is now being sent to the NVC. What kind of time frame am I looking at now for the rest of the process?

We were approved on the 4th, and the docs left NVC for Napoli, Italy on the 10th. Call NVC 603-334-0700 and speak to a rep, they do not log K-1's in the automated system (info I didn't know at the time) when you find out when the docs left you can contact DHL and give them the zips for NH and Napoli to find a tracking number, then you can confirm the delivery date to Napoli. When it arrives in Napoli be prepared for a slight delay, it was there for a week before it showed in the DOS system (202-663-1225).

We received our packet 3 on the 19th and faxed it to Napoli the same day. If you haven't gone to the embassy site go and pull down the docs you need to fax back to them. We are still waiting for Napoli to show the receipt of the docs we faxed.

We are only slightly ahead of the process, I will keep you up to date with Napoli's response times.

UPDATE: I emailed the embassy yesterday and this a.m. they confirmed the receipt of the fax of packet 3 info. In the email were the instructions to call to set up an interview appointment next week. Since we are at the same embassy, I just wanted to keep you up on what and how things go. So far things at this end of the process are going briskly.

Grazie Mille!!! Wow...It's so nice to talk to someone going through this. It is going a lot faster than I thought and had planned. I'm still in shock I received my NOA2 so quickly.
