Walk-in fingerprints

Hi everybody,

I received my appointment for fingerprints for Dec 16th. I was wondering if anyone knows if they allow walk-in at the USCIS office in East Hartford, CT? I would love to call them, but they don't have a phone number on the appointment for that office.

Don't what it's like in that office. But suggest, if you live fairly close to the office, try a walk-in cause most of them do accept it. You have only to gain.

We were there recently. We were sort of doing a walk-in, and it was empty that Monday afternoon. We were getting Biometrics for a British Visa, and the Brits had scheduled us on Saturday. Since we had discovered (the hard way) that the office isn't open on Saturday, we were there the Monday after the appointment. So note - don't try to do a walk-in on Saturday.
