I think Instant Mashed Potatoes saves a lot of time for Black Friday rush. I'm going to spend 3,000 dollars that day.

We're Asian, don't know how to westernized our cusine. Therefore, making sandwiches is out of the question. We keep it whole in the fridge. :rofl:

yeah I will do that early tomorrow.... it says you have to cook the bird right a ways after thawing it in cold water... we don't normally eat till after 4 or 5 pm anyways...

I wonder why they say that? It seems to me that once it was thawed you just put it back in the fridge and it would be fine.

instead of stuffing the bird I plan on doing this... we are doing stuffing on the side...

For the aromatics:

* 1 red apple, sliced

* 1/2 onion, sliced

* 1 cinnamon stick

* 1 cup water

* 4 sprigs rosemary

* 6 leaves sage

Combine the apple, onion, cinnamon stick, and 1 cup of water in a microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Add steeped aromatics to the turkey's cavity along with the rosemary and sage.

I was going to brine the turkey too but my fridge isn't big enough..
