I got this emailed to me today.

Dear Mr. xxxxxxx:

Thank you for your inquiry. Our office received the beneficiary’s re-affirmed case and sent her an instruction package to the following address xxxxxxxxx. The beneficiary is requested to return the completed DS-230 Part I to us as soon as possible. We will schedule the beneficiary for a visa interview after we receive this form. We attached the Instruction Package here for your usage. The form DS-230 is also available at: http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/forms/forms_1342.html.

If you have further inquiries, please do not delete your original email and please include the complete case number (HCM XXXX-XXX-XXX) in all correspondence.

I happy, yet I've seen and I know enough about HCMC that you can't be too optimistic.

Once we get our interview date I will be going to VN.
