Hi all,

Is there anyone out there who has already obtained a SSN without the I-94 form??

My husband just arrived in Seattle, WA and when he went through customs, the customs officer did not attach his stamped I-94 form to his passport, like they normally do. I'm now trying to figure out if it is still possible to get him a SSN without the I-94.

I would appreciate any advice or direction. Has anyone else ever come across the same situation? Is there a way to get his I-94 form after he has already gone through customs? He's only been here for 1 week...would customs be able to provide a copy of the I-94 if we go back to the airport and ask?? Or, is there a way to get him a SSN without the I-94?

Any help is appreciated!!!

Thank you in advance!!

You need to go back to the SEATAC POE and get an I-94. You will need it for several things.
