I have already completed the standard forms and cover letters. I'm about to submit.

I should have enough evidence of meeting and ongoing relationship I would think.

This is what I'm sending for Proof of Meeting and Ongoing Relationship:

Letter Describing Relationship and In Person meeting

Nine Photos of us together, dated with comments on where we were

Copy of personal letter from her, expressing her love and talking about our future

copy of fedex reciepts from two packages sent to her with letters and candy, etc

copy of two reciepts when I sent her flowers

Copy of AT&T Bills from the last 4 months showing, 272 calls to her, and 300 texts sent..daily. lol

Yahoo screenshots of us in chat and some chat logs, about 20 pages

Copies of Airplane tickets from first visit, taxi reciepts, hotel and food reciepts

copies of tickets when she went on short trip with me

Email from our wedding coordinator discussing future wedding plans when she arrives

copy of Engagement Ring Reciept

copy of tickets for my second upcoming visit for Christmas

Everything is organized the best I know how. I think I should be set with the above for proof shouldn't I ?

My girl is in the Philippies :) I wish she was here already :)

Agreed, the remainder she can bring to the interview. You only need proof of having met for the petition. The ongoing relationship (including proofs dated after the initial submittal) are for the interview.
