Hello folks!

I just need some clarification concerning K-2s or K-1 derivatives. I am a Filipina and I got my K-1 visa issued last 29June. My 2 kids (1 just turned 18 last July and the other is 12) are still yet to apply for their visa as my derivative. Have married my husband last 11Aug, which is within the 90-day period, but I haven't filed my AOS yet due to some financial difficulty.

In case, since they have 1 year to follow me, can my kids still file for the application for visa under my approved petition within the prescribed period as my derivatives on my I-129F?

Will my current status affect their application for visa?

Is it advisable to file for their visa application first so they can follow me, then we can adjust our status altogether?

Thank you so much in advance for any input/s or clarification. I desperately need advise on what's the best thing to do and what options I have.
