i read much on the other forms to file and and to do and make correct, but when is all the ds forms filed? that is the confussing part now.

we are in the process of filing the k1 package and i think we both need a passport photo for this? i read someplace. any help is needed to make sure this porcess is not longer than what it already is

by the way.... i see the biggest mistery is how to get a b2 visa out of ukraine!! wow...a complete wast if time.... and no why to even see how you can get one!!

DS = Department of State, these forms will be filed at the consulate at the time of Visa interview in K-Visa cases. They are not used at the time of filing I-129F.

Note: I-134 is also not filed with I-129F

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

It is NOT filed, it is brought by Beneficiary to the visa interview.

Welocme to VJ. The DS forms are presented at the visa interview, you do not nee them for the petition. I suggest you read carefully the guides. Yes, B2 visas are very difficult to obtain in Kiev.
