You can be proud of helping someone get through the process and if they elect to then turn their backs on you it isn't your fault. It is a great gift to help people get through the horrible nightmare of immigration, it can be very stressfuf.

Thank you for helping and being an active member of VJ, that is why VJ is so successful. :thumbs:

but I think you will not sign in on yahoo messenger if you are too busy to chat.

This may not apply to your exact situation, but, I find that quite often people are automatically signed in to one service or another by their browser tool bar, or by checking email, etc.

So, I never assume that seeing someone online means that they are in front of their computer with time to chat.

The main reason why people (I'm one of them) joined this community (VJ) is to ask or give some help/advice on how to have a US visa. Friendship "may" just come along the journey between those who always ask, and to those who always answers. ^_^ They may always found time before for VJ & to go online asking questions regarding visa processing coz that was their priority that time. But now that they have a new journey to take, new routine, new priorities. Just let go of them. There are other things that may be worth your time.

06-19-2008 : Filed I-130

06-24-2008 : NOA 1

04-00-2009 : Wife became USC

09-30-2009 : NOA 2

10-19-2009 : Paid AoS bill

10-29-2009 : DS-3032 submitted

10-30-2009 : I-864 submitted

11-14-2009 : IV bill received

11-19-2009 : IV bill paid

11-25-2009 : DS-230 sent (from SA)

12-03-2009 : DS-230 received by NVC

12-13-2009 : Log in failed. Yes!

12-14-2009 :Case complete. Oh yes!

12-15-2009 : Appointment letter received.

01-10-2010 : Medical exam

01-30-2010 : Interview date at US Embassy - Riyadh! Approved!

02-02-2010 : Visa on hand! :)

12-19-2011 : I-751 Receipt Notice

02-08-2012 : Biometrics appointment

Hello guys! to all of you who shared a piece of their time by reading and replying to my post, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I really really appreciate all your advise, comments and opinions and I will keep them in mind. I liked everything that each and every one of you shared in this post. Anyway, I am now closing discussions on this post as I have already spoken to one of the persons whom I was trying to describe in my post. We already talked once and its okay.
