I have other question, if my husband file for a divorce right now it wont be a problem coz i still have the chance to go there, but my concern is what if he will let USCIS know about the divorce.would I encounter some immigration problem when i get there?

If the divorce is actually final before you arrive, yes, you could have a problem at entry. Until the divorce is "final" you are still married.
