i did enter the embassy for december 1 as re scheduled interview date which the embassy said that they have no record about it...and my visa is APPROVED! but they did not get the record of my medical exam from st lukes and my passport, maybe because i did the advance medical and i also re scheduled the interview date which was december 10..but everything went well... thanks GOD and all the vj members

Aug. 21, 2009 - I-130 APPROVED

Sept. 01, 2009 - NVC received & case# assigned

Oct. 19, 2009 - Log-in FAILED (YEPEE!!!!)

Oct. 20, 2009 - Case COMPLETE!!! (confirmed by the NVC operator)

Oct. 27, 2009 - Interview Date assign(By NVC operator)

Nov. 16-17, 2009 - Medical PASSED

Dec. 04, 2009 - INTERVIEW(APPROVED!!!)

Dec. 08, 2009 - Visa pick-up at the Embassy

Dec. 16, 2009 - CFO

Dec. 19, 2009 - My Flight - POE (JFK New York) via NWA

CONGRATS!!! Hopefully everything with the medical and passport can be taken care of quickly. I know you're anxious to be with your hubby. Glad it went so easy for you.

i went to st luke to make sure about my result and they said that embassy picked up my medical result a day after my immunization so i think it's already at the embassy building but they just did not prepare it that day because i wasn't really on the list of the dec 1 interviewee...so im sure they look for it after i am done with my interview

Maybe you might want to ask in the regional forum that covers Nigeria as the Philippines is a world away from there.

Also, it's kind of rude to crash someone else's thread with a COMPLETELY UNRELATED QUESTION. Never mind that fact that nobody can tell you what your chances of getting a visa are.
