I was reading the step by step procedure pertaining to applying for USC...

1. So, if my Perm Res Card says...resident since...October 15, 2005, I can apply for my USC 90 days prior to resident since....??? so, meaning I can start sending out my application in AZ sometime like July of 2010? Am i right?

2. As Ive mentioned from my previous posts, I came here as IR1 married to USC. However, spouse died year after my 3rd year of continous married to him. So, therefore, I am applying now for USC under 5 yrs continuous res of the USA? Am i right or wrong?

3. How will they look at my application then since I am a lil bit confused on this since at first before my spouse died, I was married to him but did not completed the 3 yr rule and instead, I am applying for the 5 yr rule....Which is which rule is applicable to me then?

Thanks and i apologize...
