My wife had her interview at the embassy in Peru last Friday. Everything went perfect except I forgot 1 form on my part. (Divorce record) They gave her a yellow paper stating to mail in the form along with her passport. Does that mean everything is ok, and she will have they visa?

It sounds like they just need the document to complete the file.

Typically the CO does not ask for the passport if a visa is not going to be issued.

Yep. We needed 1 more document too. This is no big deal, when she gets the document she just needs to DHL it to the embassy (they should have given her instructions on how to do it and where to go in San Isidro) and once they have it, within a few days they will DHL the passport and a packet to her and she can pick it up at the DHL office.

Congratulations!!
