People, i filed for the Adjustment of Status and today i received a RFE on the mail :(

I need to fill the form I-693 but it's very confusing.

I already did all my medical exams back in Brazil, the results were sent to me in a sealed envelop. Just the consul on my K1-visa interview was able to open the envelop with the results.

After i got my visa, the brazilian embassy sent me a huge packet with all the information of my process, including my medical and vacines.

Now the USCIS want me to do that again?

They already have my results and my vacine record.

How should i proceed now?

Thx a lot

Bradford & Juliana

No they dont, read the guides.

You need to have the vaccination part filled out and signed by a civil surgeon in your area ( or the TX dr arnold one ) and they seal it in an envelope and you send it in.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

In our case we had the vaccination supplement and submitted that without any issue.

If you received the medical from the consulate then send that in.

Thx for teh reply, but i still can't understand what they want.

I don't have any document about the vacines that i took back in Brazil, that document is with my exams, so how should i fill the vacines part?

The rest of the form is patetic, i did all exams and i've passed, otherwise my visa would be denied.

I'll try to research more to see if this procedures make more sense to me.

Thx a lot!

You don't fill it the civil surgeon fills it.

Take your vaccination record with you and the I-693 to the civil surgeon and they fill it out and sign it and seal it then YOU send it to USCIS. - Call civil surgeons in your area to get price quotes and make an appointment at a low price one.
