I am applying for my mom with the I-130. Can she enter the country for a vacation while the application is still processing? I don't want her turned away - any help is appreciated!!

No entry is guaranteed.

Good idea to have in hand proof of non immigration intent, if asked.

Property ownership (deed to a house), letter from employer showing current job that she is going back to, social/financial links to her community back home.

Anything that substantiates her need to return.

PS And it would be a holiday, remember Mr Bush has decreed that we have to speak English.
