No notification RFE received yet

I received my first RFE on July 3rd and sent the reply the same day. I received my second RFE on July 17th and sent the reply the same day. Yet I have no notification that either has been received.

Does anyone else have this issue? I'm trying not to worry, but it's getting out of my control.

Most people have received an e-mail like the one I got after submitting my first RFE:

Current Status:

On July 11, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

That's kind of my point...most people have received that notice. However, I have not. I am inquiring as to whether anyone else here is in the same situation.

Hi I am in the same boat has you. Same days and all, but no response about either one.

When I didn't get any response about the first one, I sent the second one delivery confirmation with RFE RESPONE on the envelope, just so I will know when they got it.

yup, i am in the same boat as well.

no email notification saying whether they got it or not, and we sent ours back early july.

we sent our second RFE back last week as well, still nothing.

I'm glad to know we are not the only ones. I sent bothe the RFe's back and I never got any response, I mean nothing, our case hasn't even been touched

I have all the verification from USPS, that it was received and signed for By NBC, so I don;t know what is going on.

I will give them a week or two cause I am going away, and when i get back from seeing hubby, I am hoping to see our case updated atleast.

Congrats on your approval. There was a touch on my I129F. When I checked the status they have updated the stated to say that they have received my 2nd RFE on July 21st. My lawyer responded to the second RFE with a notice that we have already submitted this document. lets see what happens next....

Hi everyone, I am in the same situation, however when I called the USCIS about recieving the second RFE the officer did tell me that they recieved the first RFE. Still I have yet to see any change in my status and no email confirmations on either. Tracy my dates are very similar to yours as well. I rang again to check on it and the woman told me this time that if I havent been notified after 30 days of sending it in then to call back, but they cant check or anything until it has been 30 days. One good glimmer of hope is that I have noticed some people havent recieved anything then all of a sudden get approved. Hopefully our time will come soon. Fingers crossed and best wishes to all. Thanks, Sherry. I called them today, too, and was told the same thing about waiting 30 days. They show no indication that either one of my REF replies was received. Frustrating. I sent both of them back the same day I got them.

I'll be calling back next week, I guess...unless something miraculous happens! (And miracles have been known to happen )

No bother Tracy, as I said the only reason I was informed that they recieved my first RFE was because I was transfered to an officer, she informed me that it was revieved but not sure why it wasnt updated. According to your timeline you should be getting something soon as it is similar to mine, my I-130 was approved on the 18th and several people have been getting approvals on thier I-129f's. Chin up, we'll get there soon and it will be so sweet when we do!
