hey everyone , first thanks everybody for helping me at first

they sent to us our pocket back bcz of paid

we did use at first Money order ,, but i dont trust in this way anymore

my fiancee dont have money in the back to get a personnel check can we use western or someway

and please give me a good advise i really want to do it right this way

It's got to be a check or a money order drawn on US funds, I'm afraid.

If she had the $ for a money order, why can't she put that money in a bank account and write a check from it?

Be sure you get the money order from the USPS if going that route.

The best help anyone can give (that hasn't already been given) is to tell you to read the instructions on the I-129F (page 5, What Is the Filing Fee ). It explains exactly what you need to know. It is not difficult but you need to read and understand it because there is no trick to it.

The check or money order must be for the proper amount ($455 in your case) and made out the the proper agency "U.S. Department of Homeland Security" (not USCIS, DHS or USDHS, for example).

Moneygram money orders issued in the US are fine.

Moneygram money orders issued in the US are fine.

"Issued in the US" is the key. Sounds like you are abroad. If so, you may have some diffuculty in finding a payment method that qualifies. Often people have relatives or friend's in the States write the check. If you do that, make certain that I-129F and the foreign fiance's name are in the memo field of the check.

I used money orders from Western Union for the I-129F and the AOS, and I never had a problem.
