Change of address before filing

Hello - I have a few questions about a recent change of address, between arrival on K-1 visa and application for AOS.

My husband and I are about to submit the AOS application and recently moved from the address cited on the K-1 application and on his arrival. Do we need to file the AR-11 separate from the I-485 (they go to different addresses). Could there be any issue with us mailing them out around the same time? Would the I-485 be sufficient on it's own as a notification of change of address (or could we send the AR-11 in the same packet)?

Relatedly, my address also changed from the one used on the I-134. Our new address will be used for the I-864 sponsorship form - do I need to notify them in any other way?

Essentially the same deal with the joint sponsor. She co-sponsored for the I-134 and will be the joint sponsor for the I-864 but has recently moved (my mom bought her first house!!). Should she file any other forms aside from what we send with the I-864?

Thanks!

We were in a similar situation. I filed the AR-11 online for my wife, subsequent to moving to the new address, but prior to filing for AOS. We used the new address on the AOS forms, but also listed the prior address beneath it (though she had stayed there only about 1 month).

No problems or questions asked. When filling out the I-864, I used our new address. I did not notify them prior to that, since we had no pending cases at that time.

your beneficiary files AR - 11 online/ and mail in to be safe.

Petitioner MAILS IN - http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-865.pdf

and sponcer ( if they moved ) also must mail - http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-865.pdf

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Thanks for the responses.

Just did the AR-11 change of address on the USCIS website and will send it in as well..

That site on USCIS states "Regardless of whether you are or are not a citizen, if you have previously submitted a Form I-864 on behalf of someone who has become a permanent resident, you must also complete a Form I-865 within ten days of the completion of the move for legal purposes."

Neither I nor the co-sponsor has ever submitted a I-864 (we did the I-134 form for the K1) - my interpretation is that the I-864 is considered a new sponsorship and the information on the I-134 wouldn't matter. Is that wrong? Obviously it's no big deal for us to do the AR-11, and I suppose it can't hurt. Edit: sorry..I realize the I-865 for the sponsors, not AR-11 and that you can't complete on the website.. still not that big of a deal to mail it, but it does state again at that point that it's only required for people who did an I-864
