Immigration Started

2009/04/30 - I-129F Delivered to CSC

2009/05/12 - NOA1

2009/05/13 - Cheque cashed

2009/10/16 - arrived in the states, So Good to be with my man!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2009/11/11 - Married at 3pm, 11pm Uk time when we met arhhhhhh lol

AOS, EAD, Travel doc

2009/12/29 - Sent package via FED EX to Dearborn address

2010/01/05 - AOS delivered

2010/01/08 - Recieved emails & txt from form G-1145

2010/01/11 - NOA1 for AOS, EAD & AP

2010/01/28 - RFE, I-693

2010/02/01 - New I-693 delivered

2010/02/01 - Recieve Letter about Biometric app.

2010/02/22 - Biometrics Appointment

2010/03/01 - Approved EAD recieved on 2010/03/08

AOS package was delivered on the 5th of Jan

I sent that Form G-1145 so that they are supposed to email me when they have recieved it but no email as yet.

recieved my NOA1 for I-485, I-765 & I-131. can't believe how fast that was. nothing like applying for Fiancee visa such a relief ;)

Bummer!!!!!! just recieved an RFE

"You submitted Form I-693, Medical and Vaccination Record. However, the civil surgeon certified the exam more than one year before the date the applicant filed the Form I-485. The Form I-693 must be dated within one year of filling Form I-485."

so I have no idea what date he put on it but it looks like I have to go back & see him. not happy. I guess it had to happen sooner or later, every thing else has gone so smooly.

Hope you guys are all doing well! End of the Road---what's happening with you? Anyone hear from Star recently? Going to go dig up the April thread and see if there's any news.

Technically I shouldn't be posting on this thread because we're not on the AOS trail yet. We're waiting for their court thing to end so they can interview and come here. THENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN we'll be all over this thread! Star is progressing well and I think will finish soon and join this thread. :star:

Attaya, U got an RFE too?

Turns out my Doctor didn't sign the certification page at all because he didnt' do an examination, I could have killed him! I told him he had to sign it but he didn't . So I've got him to sign it but he wanted to cross out the part that says he performed the examinination. So I told him he could do anything as long as he signs the dam page. well I sent it all back monday the 25th & recieved our notice for our interview on the same day. So exciting we get interviewed on the 22nd of feb. eeeeekkkk soooo happy. does anyone else have an interview date???
