That looks good. What exactly is it?

Hmmm Chilaquiles is like having enchiladas but not rolled: tortillas in pieces mixed with chicken, salsa mix (green or red), cheese, onions yum yum!

tortas is kind of a sandwich but made with 2 types of mexican white bread: Telera and Bolillo. As you can imagine, the ingredients list is massive and their names as well.

For example:

Hawaiian: Pineapple, ham, mayo etc etc

Milanesa: Breaded steak, mayo, tomato, onions,

and many more ;) yum! yum!
