Both I130 and I129f Approved the same day

We have been waiting for this day to come and I have been doing the research, however now that its here...I want to know which is faster..we have already waited 5 and a half months to get this far...

how long is the process from here?

Timeline

The CR1 is a far superior visa... Able to work upon entry, no need to pay for costly AOS and GC upon entry... I would fully recommend the CR1... Ignore the paperwork on the K3... The processing will be about the same save maybe 3 weeks...

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

yes, I agree, did you do all of this already?

since we were approved yesterday, I am searching for specifics online...

what is next..?

I wait to receive the NOA2 in the mail, our case goes from USCIS to NVC...NVC assigns a number to it and sends me a notice...with those I pay the AOS (support paperwork) online, then I fill out the online form, put all the supporting documents together then send it to them...is this correct?

Yes, once NVC receives your case, the USC spouse will provide the I864 package and the intending immigrant -- DS3032 and once that is accepted, the DS230.

The K3 might save you 3-4 weeks but that is upto you to decide whether its worth the pain/cost/time of AOS later.
