congrats, spec, was wondering what happened to u :yes:

I was really bummed out about the entire Abu Dhabi situation, and coming on VisaJourney was just reminding me of how I didn't have an interview yet. So I just took some time off, called my wife more often, and booked a ticket to Dubai. Once I knew I was going to see her again I relaxed a bit, and then last week I found out all of a sudden she'd be interviewing in January, so I had to rebook my tickets and my hotel in a flurry. (That was expensive, but whatever.) Now I'm just buckling down on finishing exams, wrapping up a consulting project, running my business, and gathering any last-minute evidence. (Photos, emails, phone bills, wedding albums, ticket stubs from our previous vacation... anything they could possibly ask for.)

Just got off the NVC voice response system a few minutes ago...case complete for me as of yesterday, December 4. I really hope we get a January interview date as well. Guess I'll talk to an NVC operator after two weeks to find out =D..

My case was complete last Dec.1...My husband keep calling NVC but they cant tell my interview date so my husband decide to call USEM.But USEM told to my husband that they dont get my papers yet form NVC.Grrrr!!!

11/02/2009-RECEIVED IV-BILL/COVER SHEET FOR AOS

11/11/2009-ADVANCE MEDICAL...PASSED!!!!
11/12/2009- AOS PACKAGE DELIVERED
12/15/2009-GOT MY INTERVIEW DATE....JANUARY 8,2010..AT 8:30AM...]

join the club. our case was completed november 18, and we are still waiting for the interview date. operator keeps telling me to call back on december 15 to see if we made it to january. just be glad you aren't in canada who wait months for their interview dates.

Where is your interview and what time? Because we have the same interview date. My wife's interview is on January 19, 2010 at 7:30 AM at Mumbai Embassy.

CR-1/NVC
November 16, 2009: Sign-in Failed!!
November 16, 2009: December interviews already scheduled. Operator told me to wait for a possible January interview date. Call back in the 2nd week of December
November 30, 2009: Been trying to call NVC but line busy since late after noon. Finally, got email appointment letter from NVC with the Interview date of January 19, 2010. Yeppe Alhamdulillah>
December 24, 2009: Medical Done and report recieved the same day.
January 11, 2010: Medical submitted at VFS. They asked for: Copy of Packet 3, Appointment letter, and Passport. They told her to take a copy of I-864 and the documents submitted with it, at the time of interview with other proof of relationship documents.
January 19, 2010: VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
January 21, 2010: Visa recieved in mail (Package included passport with visa stamped, sealed big brown envelop to be submitted at POE immigration at the airport, and instructions to apply for SS Card)

USA
February 07, 2010: POE Chicago --> Very easy, within 45 minutes
March 02, 2010: SS Card recieved in mail. Welcome letter recieved in mail as well
March 13, 2010: GC Recieved in mail

January 29, 2015: N-400 Application submitted

Congrats for your interview date..this morning, I checked the VJ's and you were in my thought about the interview date...and it was the last day yesterday for the second week and finally you got your date...i'm happy for ya..
