I was checking the list for filing I-485 and saw this:

16. I-485 Supplement A, and penalty fee if applicable. See 8 CFR 245.10

17. I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Excludability**, if applicable

As I understand I-601 only if I were outside US, so I don't need it.

But I couldn't find what for I-485 supplement A?

Here is the source:

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

I have some questions about the I-485 Supplement A Form.

#1. How did these Inspetion and lawfully Admittion to the United States take place? (My passport was controlled and I went through the custom and border control, does that count?)

Yes, if you went through immigration/border control, had your passport inspected, then you were inspected.

Not inspected is running over the fence, hiding in the trunk of a car, etc.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
