Australian brand 'For the Homies' bypasses any creativity and just reproduces one of Shadi Ghadrians amazing photos without permission.

They have many other tee's that Disney may see as a breach of of copyright but at least they have put an interesting twist on them.

Disney would have to have registered it there. US copyrights don't apply abroad.

But anyways, is this one of those if we can find one case of hommies, then it's clearly on par with the US.

This site does not even have contact details. I challenge you guys to travel to Sydney or Melbourne and find me the hommie equivalents chilling..

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

STFU. There's plenty of online evidence that Australia has its share of 'homies'. Not everyone there is a European-dressing ** like you.

US copyrights most definetly apply abroad through a number of copyright treaties. Which AUS is also a part of.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

An email address. Hardly a Macys equivalent in the county. I have honestly never met a group of people who will do and say anything to get out of accepting reality. Hey, there is a street in Sydney that is a little ghetto. therefore, by the VJ logic, that negates all of America's thousands of ghettos.

It's like you guys assume that when I say something, by default, I am also implying none of them exist anywhere else. Must be a yank thing. Same deal with discussing culture, if I don't clearly state it does not apply to everyone, people will cry murder. We have a bit more common sense than that in Aus. The obvious does not need to be actually stated. Guess that's why our education system is ranked 1st in the world. Never heard the 'what do you have against (insert race)' in my life prior to coming here.

What are they going to do? Sue in a US court.

But anyway, trademarks must be made in every individual country.

I heard someone's looking for a suspension in this thread.

Excluding A.J's little group here, nobody takes him seriously anyway. Also why he is the one changing HDD and updating my citrix password.

I usually don't get offended when those of special needs speak. Hence, why I have never reported this poor guy.

Copyrights and trademarks are two totally differnt things. We were discussing copyright not trademarks.
