Just wanted to share with you guys my experience :)

We have been married for less than a year now..

But I can't get used to my loving husband's snoring..

Sometimes I just want to hit him with the pillow or sleep in the living room away from the eerie sound

I wake him up and tell him to sleep on his side, but sometimes I feel bad about it coz I don't like to disturb his beauty sleep, especially when he had a long day at work. Though he wakes up and he tells me his sorry, and sleeps on his side..

I tried going to bed early too, and wearing ear plugs..

I hope in the future I will get used to it and it will come to a point that I won't be able to go to sleep without hearing his cow-mooing sound like snore lullabye :P

any tips on this on how u dealt with this kind of situation..

Thank you and God bless to all

Heck with his beauty sleep. You need yours also. My wife yells at me to roll over. I do so and doesn't bother me at all.

I think there is help with snoring, you might suggest he see his doctor. There are snoring aids advertised on TV but I don't know if they really work or not.

Good Luck,

Best to get him into a sleep study (if he's insured) Snoring like his (mine) is a major health risk and is covered under most insurance plans, he might very well have Sleep Apnea with that.

Believe me, you think he's busy sleeping like a baby and snoring away, but he's really fighting hard for each breath and wakes up tired.

CPAP will help immensely. Everyone I know that uses the CPAP feels so much more energetic with the same amount of sleep.

If your husband is like me, then if he's not moving or doing something actively, then he can go to sleep instantly.

I plan to do the sleep study in the next month.

Good Luck

If it makes you feel any better, you're not the only one. My wife waited until just recently to tell me that I snore (something I wasn't aware of), and that it's kept her awake before. If you happen to find a good solution, please post it here for the rest of us. :)

I used Breathe Right nasal strip, my husband told me it's working. Guys I'm the one who snore bad not my husband. Before using breathe right my husband used ear plug too. Every morning I asked him if I snore bad so I know how bad it is, but so far after using breathe right every night he didnt use ear plug anymore. It's a flexible spring-like bands gently lift nasal passages open to airflow. His worried this might be a sign of sleep apnea.

once he wakes you up with the snoring -

get into the kitchen, microwave some water in a bowl (not to boiling, just warm )

then bring the bowl to the bed, place his hand in the bowl, wait about 2 minutes.

the snoring will go away (he'll wake up, though ).

Good Luck !

My husband just snores occasionally, but whenever he is, I wake him up and fix his pillow. I don't allow him to sleep having his back on the bed because he seems to have bad dreams.

My husband would snore too sometimes esp. when he's so tired from work and true that it's very annoying it would really keep you up all night.lol. I bought him 'Clear Passage' Nasal Strips and there's a spray also that he used before I just forgot the name he would spray it to his tongue and it worked. Snoring is also a sign of an underlying condition so if it gets bad to worse, tell him to see a Doctor.

Hello! I am very interested where to get these Breathe Right nasal strips, and how much would it cost?

Do you sleep comfortable with it?

I must say that I am very lucky because my husband doesn't snore although he told me that when I am really tired, I snore but not too loudly. He said he usually move me to my side and I stop. I guess I am too tired during these times cause I don't even feel it when he moves me to lay on my side. Since it is not an everyday thing, it doesn't bother him at all.
