So ... our AOS from a K-1 interview is on Dec 15 in Detroit. The supporting evidence I was planning on bringing is as follows:

Wedding and other photos of us together (including at home) in the US.

Documents showing my wife as beneficiary of my 401(k) and Roth IRA accounts, as joint owner of our bank accounts, health insurance card with both our names on it, home and auto insurance documents in our names, copy of credit card in her married name (same account number as my card) a MI drivers temporary permit in her name with our address on it.

It seems crazy to get utility bills changed to include both our names. I'm not doing that. Also, is there any need to add her as owner of our home? How to do that?

Other than other other required documents (marriage license, pay stubs, etc.) is this enough supporting evidence of our relationship?

Thanks ...

you don't need to put her name in your utility bills or home if she's not really contributing in the payments. you have other proofs/evidences anyway, like letters/cards sent to both of you or at least to her showing your address; latest pics of both of you (together) since the marriage, BC of baby if any.

remember that the interview is for establishing that you too are still married and the marriage is still viable and valid etc.

good luck and god bless!
