MY wife arrived in the US on December 15 on a K3 visa. I filed for AOS and wrote to NVC to suspend my CR1 processing which they have not sent to the post. I also requested them through several letters to return the originals of of our marriage license and Birth certificate. IN all they keep writing me a form letter that the originals will be returned during the interview at the post. At one other time they wrote to ask me to have my local ins request the originals. However, the USCIS said that I should get it from NVC.

Can any one tell me what else I need to do to get them to return my documents. I am caught in web of beauracracy.
