Good morning guys, I hope ya'll are doing great ! I have a few questions regarding the DS-160:-

a) I am using Internet explorer (as suggested by some of the members on here) to fill out this application. Although, when I am filling out the Previous Education/Employment information, it says you have 5 minutes remaining and To continue Press OK! When I press OK, the information filled out by me disappears and I have to start that section all over again. How do I go about guys ?

B) I have a passport picture scanned on my computer by when I load it to the application, it says Requirements not met. I do not understand why as it is simply a passport picture.

c) Also, once I complete the form (fingers crossed), how do I go about printing it because I think it is in the .dat format.

Please help me !

Thanks everyone in advance for your answers.

i think i saved in my computer under the dat format.

when you log in again, it will ask you to upload your file, search for the .dat file and that should work.

for the picture, try to reduce the pix on paint or something and save it as a jpeg

Hm my experience when i finished filling this one out it asked if i wanted to print the confirmation page and the questions and i clicked yes and it printed everything out for me, had to click it twice as it didnt have an option for me to print 2 copys.

the picture might not be a good scan quality try scanning it again or make sure that its the right size that might also be the problem. If the picture really doesnt work out bring an extra picture to your interview and tell them it wouldnt accept the picture, i seen some people on here do that before.

im not sure about the time thing.. I never ran into that when i was filling it out
