Hey everyone..i have a two part question and every bit of advice is welcomed.

My fiance is currently working in London but she's a Ghanaian. On the G325A, i listed her mailing address as her Ghana address but her job address is still in the UK as her current address. Our plan was for her to work in London till the NVC sends her packet to the embassy in Ghana.

What are our chances of this plan working out and what would the addresses make any difference in our application.?

Thanks a bunch for the help

you don't want her to interview in London?

I think i read somewhere she has to be a UK citizen to be able to file there.

Another thing is she was born in London with a UK birth certificate but carries a ghanaian passport not a UK. So she needs a visa to enter but can work legally with her birth cert.

Currently she's overstayed her visa thats why we dont want to take any special chances.

Any thoughts?

You do not need to be a citizen of a country to interview at a US Embassy, but legally resident... it does sound like she could be a UK citizen by birth, but I am not familiar with UK citizenship requirements....

YMMV
