We have an interview date!!!!!!!!!

Hi every1. My last post, I expressed that it appears JA embassy may have overlooked my DS230. @ the advice of many of you all, I called DOS & emailed embassy. Emailing my concerns was the way to go! I went to Jamaica the 11th of this month & returned on the 15th. As the plane landed & I took out my phone to call my significant other, all of my emails came in 1 time. The most important one was from the embassy informing packet 4 was sent out nov 12th & the interview is the 15th of Dec. So apart from telling him I reached back 2 NY safe, I also told him of the interview date & how I will see him again in a few weeks!!! So if all is well, as I intend it to be, I will be bringing him home for the holidays.

2/26/2010 - Biometrics Appt. 11am

4/2/2010 - AP Approved (Email and Text Notification)

4/2/2010 - EAD Card Production Ordered

4/10/2010 - EAD and AP received in the mail!!

6/18/10 - I-601 Waiver Denied, added misrep for checking wrong box on landing card (lifetime ban)

7/16/10 - AAO Appeal filed.

8/31/12 - AAO appeal sustained (THANK YOU, GOD FOR YOUR MERCY)

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

I thank every1 for the well wishes & congrats!!! Well, I jus purchased another plane ticket b4 signing in here. LOL. Its always worth it!! As always, I will keep you all posted. & by the way, he received packet 4 on the 17th. So we just need to schedule appt for medical.
