I had the pleasure of working in London, Canada for 6 months. I really enjoyed it.

In Windsor Canada, Assumption University and Assumption Church (located on the campus itself) are incredibe. If I'm not mistaken this is the oldest/first Catholic Church in Canada...

Would probably be good to learn French if you spend anytime in Quebec, or just keep your big mouth shut. North of Wisconsin on the Northern shores of Lake Superior, not really much going on, just miles of pine trees with no roads available to drive into those areas. Need a plane with floats and hopefully can find a lake to land on. Can get along fine with the few people I meet up there, just by ending all sentences with a HEY.

Heard you now need a passport to visit that country, that seems very very strange. Long standing argument if Wisconsin actually borders Canada. Is a line drawn to split that lake into two with Canada on the north side and Wisconsin on the south side. I took my boat there and didn't see any line nor signs, but in this sense, Wisconsin does border Canada. Lake Superior can be as smooth as glass or extremely treacherous, good to check the water first. If crossing the border at Thunder Bay, make sure your kid doesn't pick up a pine cone and try to carry it across those few inches, that can be big trouble.

In my neck of the woods, Canada is dissolution, good place to go to get away from it all, mostly all untouched by humans. But wonder who taught the mosquitoes that we taste good.

Not many people visit or know about where I come from in Canada. I'm from Saskatoon Saskatchewan. "Land of Living Skies". The prairies. Where it feels like you can touch the sky, where it is always windy because there is nothing to buffer the wind. Where you know your neighbours, and everyone comes together to help each other out in time of need. The birthplace of Gordie Howe and Joni Mitchell. The birthplace of probably the most unique part of being in Canada, the Canada Health Act, which is a publicly funded health care system. The father of this, Tommy Douglas, was from Saskatchewan. It's the only public funded health care in the world that has statutory tariffs for medical services that cannot be exceeded.

Actually Americans don't need a passport to visit Canada - they can still get in with identification and proof of citizenship. They do, however, need a passport to get back into the US. US regulations, not Canadian.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
