*04-17-2009* He came to see me that weekend

It's actually going to be hard for some people to know what is a Secret Santa gift and what isn't anyhow -- things might get mistakenly opened, thinking it's just general mail.

Besides, a lot of folks will undoubtedly be with their loved ones (at home or abroad) at Christmas, and might not have access to VJ...or won't bring their SS gifts with them etc.

So there's MY case for opening them as they arrive...and reporting the results on this thread!

Yeah I definately meant before Christmas - I was just wondering if people wanted to pick a day? We didn't do it that way last year - it's too hard with an unopened gift sitting there :lol:

Montreal Interviewer: "What do you have in common with each other?"

Peachey: "We're REALLY weird."

Montreal Interviewer (incredulously to me): "Do you agree with that?"

<I think back to several days before the interview. Driving through the country, passing a field with cows...>

Peachey: "MOOOO! MOOOOO! Does this make me weird?"

Me: "No, well yes. Here, let me roll down the windows so they can hear you better!"

Peachey: "MOOOOO!!!!"

<back to interview>

Me: "Yes, yes I do."

So what does everyone want to do - should we have an opening day before Christmas? Should we just have a free for all?? What do you all think?

I'm gone after today, so I'll let you all know what I got when I get back at the end of the month. :)

As for my SS.... I found the perfect gift and ordered it online on Saturday, but there was no option to include a gift card. I'll have to send a Christmas card as a followup so they don't have to wonder about this mysterious package. I hope I remember. LOL

Mine is sure making it's way around. It think it's gone to 5 different cities so far.

12/31/2009 - Marriage

07/21/2010 - AOS approved

08/04/2010 - Green Card received (and it's actually green!)

05/30/2012 - Sent ROC packet to VSC

06/08/2012 - Received NOA1 for ROC (Dated 06/04/2012)
