Hint:

From what I understand. USCIS goes by date of receipt not mailing date for the ROC.

That is correct. If they receive it 91 days before your current GC expires, they will reject it.

So you mean I have to mail it right on the 90th day before? What about my daughter, her residency ends 3 months after mine, do I have to do her separate?

Same rules apply for your daughter - 90 days before the expiry of her conditional GC send the paperwork in.

It doesn't mean that you have to send exactly that day. Just means that they have to receive it before the expiration date but not earlier than 90 days before the expiration date. In your case you can send it anytime after December 11th, just make sure they get it before March 11th.

Oh ok thanks I"m glad that I have some time. I am annoyed that I have to file my daughters one separately because we got hers more than 3 months after I got mine, so that's double the cost!! Oh well

Have hubby adopted her then no need remove conditions for your daughter.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong but I believe that if the daughter was included on the parent's visa (k-2) then both should be filed within 90 days of the parent's green card expiration, regardless the daughters expiration...

that is what we did for my wife and daughters removing of conditions and both were approved at the same time.
