Can't answer the first part.

List all children. It means all her children. Whether married or not, they are still her children. You put every one of her children on the application. You use their current legal names.

For Part2 application type:

I checked 'A' (filed I-130 and I-485 together and did put a copy of I-130 along with I-485 application) and saw few of them in the forum checking "H" and they did write "Concurrently filing with I-130". I think both should be correct based on other members experiences.....

You need to list Present husband/wife name and also all kids current legal names (if married...married name) hope this helps

Good Luck!

Filing out any immigration form based on "YOUR COMFORT LEVEL" is not the answer that is going to help anyone....

The correct answer to the question is you check (A) based on the fact the a I-130 is being filed at the same time and when approved a visa number is immediately available.

As for how to list brothers and sisters, use the legal name that they are using now. If there is not enough room on the form for all the names then continue on a separate sheet of paper, heading it "Continuation of Queston number __"
