Much of the stress is due to sexual tension, so here's my suggestions to de-stress:

Buy a good bottle of wine. Drink it all.

Get totally drunk.

Call your SO, or skype them whatever.

Have yourself some phone sex. :star:

I remember being a couple of months into the K-1 process. Thank goodness for AA miles is all I can say right now.
