Okay .. So a Filipino guy from USEM/ACS called me this morning and gave me an appointment date for our daughter's CRBA - Dec 8 at 10:30am, that was a good news alright BUT he did mentioned about 2 MISSING forms, that would be the DS-11 (Application for US Passport) and DS-2029 (Application for CRBA), he did not mention specifically the DS-3053 (Statement of Consent)

I compiled everything and came up with 1 red plastic envelope where all the forms and documents are and 1 clearbook with our pictures (the same photo album I used for my CR1 interview)

I never want to believe what he said ... but the what the hell is going on?! If I am to buy that bull$*1t I would assume that the entire content of the envelope where I put the forms in are missing too!!! ARGH!!

He managed to call me on my mobile phone and verified my address : w/c I'm positive such information is written in the cover letter (and the forms too) I included in the envelope, so how did he came up with "You're blah blah form is missing"

I wonder tho .... but still he gave me an appointment date, of course personal appearance of the applicant is required. I do have everything I sent photocopied so I'm really not that worried - but still I'm worried

If I'm missing anything I believe they're not gonna give me an interview date in the first place... or --- what? Are they gonna disappoint me at the interview day and tell me "You don't have this and you don't have that - OOPS! Please try again!!" waaaaaaa .... Anyone here has the same experience? What's that guy trying to accomplish? :help:

Just remain calm and bring the missing documents with you.

Remember they have to open the packet you sent and it is possible that someone misplaced the forms.

It could be worse, what if they didn't say anything about the missing documents until you were already there and without copies?

They do in fact lose things - keeping multiple sets is recommended. Good luck!
