A Few Questions, filling out I-129F

I've looked at the example I-129F, but I have a couple of questions.

In the Name Field, for (Middle Name) and also for Jr, III etc how is it filled out ?

Like this ?

(Family Name) (First) (Middle)

SMITH Frank Jr (none)

Does the Jr go in the First Name Field ?

I have no middle name, so do I put (none) in brackets like that in the middle name field ?

I don't think I want to leave middle name blank so someone doesn't think it's incomplete.

************************

Also, I noticed in two sections, I ran out of room in the form field and got that "+" sign there where some letters were cut off. Like for example in the "Information About You" in the City Section, it truncated / cut off the last letter of my city and put a "+" sign there. I was able to put the full correct City name in other boxes on the form.

Just asking a couple of questions about this, You know how it is, I want to make sure I fill this out completely correct the first time.

Thanks for any feedback :)

SMITH, Frank Jr. No Middle Name

Any portion of the I-129f can be filled in by hand, ink. Enter what you can, print it and fill in the rest by hand,

The method that has worked for me is SMITH Jr. as the family name, Frank as the first name and ---- in the middle name field. As long as you make it clear, it will work. A government worker will decide how to enter it in the database. I too suggest hand writing anything that won't fit or can't be effectively abbreviated to fit. For addresses in the top section, I often indicate "See section 19 etc." where there's more room to enter an address. It's section 19 on the I-130 but you'll find a similar section on page two of the I-129F as well.

As an footnote to this:

Karin has no middle name - throughout our process I used "Karin '(No Middle Name)' *****" (exactly as you see it) on all the forms, seemed pretty obvious to me. Not a problem - until we filed Lifting of Conditions - I swear, the NOA1 & Biometrics Notice had her name as 'Karin (No Middle Name) *****' - it was caught and corrected but I have the I-797s to show it actual got past the person entering data.

The way i have always filled out my forms for this and military is : last, jr Scott NMN

I have had people put Jr in the middle name and that screws things up for military stuff. One job I had they had to put something for middle name and he put N I think and that suck from there. Now the way the military had my name on my email ... since i dont have a middle initial.....NMI. So instead of having 1 I have 3...whatever.
