It is perfectly normal to get a notice that your case was transferred .

2. how long it takes to get a interview date after this letter?

Shouldn't be terribly long.

Normal, very normal with waivers. The service center send the file to the local office for an interview, the local office has to find a slot for you depending on their workload.

2. how long it takes to get a interview date after this letter?

1-2 months Max. I would not make any travel plans at this stage.

Congrats! Your case is moving and it is perfectly normal.

Since you did not receive an RFE, that may be a good sign that the evidence you sent was satisfactory!
