Well if that's the case I do have advice for her. I have been trying to figure out what she needed throughout all these threads and everytime I ask exactly what kind of advice she's looking for, she never responds. Luckily, now I know what the issue is and if this is the case I have a solution.

Start A Blog: A how to guide http://www.wikihow.com/Start-a-Blog

What is a blog? A blog (a contraction of the term "web log")[1] is a type of website, usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse-chronological order. "Blog" can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.

Many blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject; others function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, Web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs.

Why? Freedom of Speech and ability to say what you want without worrying about what others say! And you can delete any posts or replies that you don't like, at your leisure! It's your own public online diary, without the worries of moderation!

Hope I could be of some assistance. :star:

Verde..are you always like this when you don't get your own way? The immigration process is tough for the majority of people here on VJ. We had a tough time too, waiting for our NA02 took 9 months. I spoke with the USCIS many, many times to no avail, we contacted senators, congressmen but nothing really worked so really there is no use stamping your feet because it won't do any good. Please be patient like everyone else & your time will come.

I wish you the best of luck!

This is a support forum. It's for sharing, advice, and support - not for insulting people or otherwise.

I read the DOS websites, federal law, and all instructions provided by the Embassy.

I do have rights. If the embassy says, both on their website and voicemail that they will respond to all emails within 3 business days, or that they will accept calls between 2pm and 4pm, then they should. And we all have a right to be treated with dignity.

I do have a serious illness, and today I cannot even walk. I am confined to my bed, in severe pain (Multiple Sclerosis). This is why my visa process was expedited.

I don't want to argue semantics or have people tell me "how dumb" I am. I'd rather they tell what has worked for them, talk about experiences with the same Embassy, etc.

I want to share my experience and hear yours, share ideas, etc.

Unless you are an immigration attorney, don't put yourself out there as the know all end all expert of the universe. We only know our experiences, our contexts, our perspectives, our hearts, our minds, and what we did firsthand. Don't assume what other people know or don't know, or have done or not done.

I only know I followed the rules the Embassy gave me and provided all the documentation requested.

I also know we have both a K3 and CR1 at the Embassy.

I get conflicting information here regarding what that means, what I should do, etc - not only from posters here, but from the NVC and the Ebassy itself.

I am tired today and so sick. I don't feel like getting yelled at.

If you can tell me something specific and tangible that I did wrong, then point it out - but nonspecific insults are silly.

I come here for help, you insult me for not knowing enough - when for all you know I know just as much as you.

Why the angry attitudes? I just don't get it.

Wish I could walk to get some water right now. Wish my husband was here. I miss him so much and love him so much.

Feeling sad and hurt tonight.

Honestly, Verde, I have found the above statement to be untrue. Sadly, most of us have found out that an immigration attorney seems to know just about as much as we do. Most of us are extremely well informed and can provide you links, anecdotal evidence, and documents that will help you on your Visa Journey, which still has a helluva long way to go until your hubby is done with it.

Aside from that, you might want to chillax with all of this stuff - just my two cents. I know there is some talk going around that you've been through this journey before with some other dude, so you might already have a clue as to what you can expect. But, if that's just a rumor, then the fun is just getting ready to start.

Good luck, Verde! You're gonna need it!
