Does anyone know how my fiancee living in the Philippines can get her Vaccination records? Are they asked for and required at the embassy? If so, can you get them during your medical exam in Manila? Thanks for the info!

If she doesn't have any records from her days in school or what her parents might have done she will get the vaccines again at St. Lukes. If so, it won't hurt to have them again. What ever vaccines they give her and if they don't have them all she will have to return, which can screw up the initial Embassy interview. The next vaccine step will occur in the States when a Civil Surgeon will examine her vaccine records and at that time she may require more vaccines this is because the vaccines are given in stages. The Civil Surgeon will then give you a sealed envelope to submit to USCIS as part of your I-863 medical AOS. TIP: if she needs more vaccines in the States check with your local county office. I was able to get all the vaccines for free ($600 savings) from the county. In Minnesota the county will give Green Card seekers the vaccines for free.
