The copys are really only for if they lose it, or if the beneficiary needs anything at the interview.. Not really sure why you are freaking out so bad, just fill them out again if you need to?

I don't see it being a problem. As far as I can remember I never had to show that stuff again. I think it's more for your own reference. I had all mine saved on my computer if I needed them but never did.

I think the evidence is good to have a copy of. You soon get used to printing everything twice and photocopying everything.

You will be fine. Good luck and I hope you get your NOA2 soon.

thank u so much! i feel much better about it. i normally make copies of important documents but i guess i was just too excited that it slipped my mind. so all i'm just going to do is fill out a new form for my fiance so he can have a copy of it on hand even though it's not an original xerox copy.

Actually a xerox copy is worse than just doing it again, if the signature on the G235a and I129F are copies. If for whatever reason the original is lost, you would need to resubmit forms with original signatures, not copies of the signatures. Do not worry. If you want some peace of mind, just fill out the forms again, and you and your SO sign them and then make sure you each have a copy with original signatures. That way, if something gets lost on either the USCIS or the Consulate side of things, one of you is 'close' with a back-up.

The forms filled in can be copies, just not the actual signatures

Do you remember what I told you about bears?

Just duplicate them again. It would have been much easier to copy. Also you may have the forms in your computer if you did them on the computer. That is fine but back them up on a CD or something
