I RECEIVED MY NOA 1 IN THE MAIL YESTERDAY!!! :D:thumbs: IT MAKES ME FEEL A LITTLE BETTER KNOWING THAT THEY HAVE AT LEAST CASHED THE MONEY ORDER AND SOMEHOW TAKEN A LOOK @ MY PETITION!! I KNOW I'VE GOT A LOOONNNGGG WAY TO GO, BUT HEY, IT'S THE SMALL STEPS THAT COUNT TOO!!

THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!! AS I'M SITTING HERE TYPING, I KEEP GOING BACK & FORTH TO THE USCIS.GOV WEBSITE TO CHECK ON MY CASE STATUS...AND I DO BELIEVE I'VE BEEN "TOUCHED" (IT SOUNDS SOOOO SINISTER!! LOL) IN THE "LAST UPDATED" COLUMN THE DATE WAS 7/20/2006 WHEN I FIRST LOGGED ON TO THE COMPUTER THIS MORNING, AND JUST A SECOND AGO THE DATE CHANGED TO 7/21/2006. FROM READING, I KNOW THAT DOESN'T NECESSARILY MEAN A WHOLE LOT---BUT IT JUST MAKES THIS WHOLE PROCESS SO NERVE-WRACKING & EXCITING!! :o
