miker32us, when you come down from Cloud 9, please update your timeline, since there's no mention of K3. It will give hope (and new stats) for people who were transferred from Vermont to California.

chris&o, I remember every post and all your shenanigans. So be a good fellow and get into another case of Heinekin. Then offer yourself to the immigration gods as a K3 virgin.

hafiz, send your second RFE like the rest of us. Why? Because it doesn't make sense. That's how the government operates, so get with the programme, dude!

Just received e-mail from MSC that our I-129F has been approved!!!! I received the duplicate IMBRA RFE Monday, 6-17 and mailed it snail mail Tuesday, 6-18 so MSC could not have received and processed it by 6-20. This gives everyone hope that MSC is not waiting on the duplicate RFE's to approve these applications.

Wow!!!! I imagine half of this forum is as happy for you as I am!!!! Good luck with the rest and thanks for making my weekend with your news!!! :D

hafiz, you bad boy. We all aspire to be as successful as miker32us. He got his second RFE on Monday and sent it back on Tuesday. Yes, he was approved before they got it but that's not the point. Follow his lead, which was to follow the instructions. Why tamper with his method, since it works? Got stamps?

I wonder if all of those people who wanted to cancel the K-3 for the I-130 are changing their minds now? I thought it was a bit premature to cancel the K-3 before knowing exactly what was going on.

WOW WOW WOW WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW;

First time in months, I am breathing a little easier today knowing that K3s are now moving.

I dont think lots of people cancelled their K3s. I've noticed only one on the VJ. But for sure, given all that was going on with IMBRA, there were less applications sent to Chicago. C'mon USCIS move fast!!!! Sitting in your offices are paper applications, but behind them there are real humans who are waitiong day and night with their lives incomplte.

Wow this is really good news! Congrats to every one here. Maybe I will get my first NOA1 soon. I know its not as great as to getting approved buts its a relief to know that things are moving along. If i filed the 129 after IMBRA and the forms were the new forms will that affect me in getting an RFE? Or will I be ok because I submited the 129 with the changes? what do i expect to look for?
